October 20–22 is coming up fast, and this one feels different — FIG Dallas will be Kambric Goods' first wholesale show, which means the last few weeks have been a mix of excitement and a very long to-do list.
Behind the scenes, we've been building out our wholesale presence on JOOR — Resort 2027, our Studio Collection, and SS27 are all live and ready for buyers to browse. There's something surreal about seeing three seasons of work organized into line sheets, knowing they're about to be in front of people who might carry Kambric into their own shops.
Outside of the collection itself, the piece I'm most excited about is the lookbook we're bringing with us. I wanted it to feel less like a sales tool and more like an art object — something with weight to it. So we're working on a chainstitch-embroidered canvas cover, stretched over board, the kind of thing that could sit on a coffee table. It's been a fun excuse to lean into the embroidery work that's become such a core part of what we do.
There's still packing lists, outreach follow-ups, and a hundred small details between now and Dallas — but it's the good kind of busy. More updates as the show gets closer.
